When you choose one of our featured destinations, you'll complete a brief form to share your travel preferences and any other important details. From there, we’ll design a personalized itinerary tailored to your unique style, along with a detailed quote outlining your trip’s cost. There is no obligation and no charge to complete the form and receive your initial custom itinerary and quote.
Once you’ve had a chance to review, you’re welcome to request any adjustments. At that point, we’ll process the standard service fee before refining your itinerary further. When everything is just right and you're ready to move forward, we’ll take care of booking your dream trip.

What is a service fee?
Our Professional Services Fee of $1,000 is designed to ensure that your travel experience is seamless and exceptional from start to finish. This fee covers:
Personalized trips designed by a travel agent with firsthand experience of the destination
In-depth, onsite research and customized recommendations using on-the-ground knowledge and trusted local connections to create your ideal itinerary
Preparation of detailed quotes and itineraries
Booking and securing reservations for accommodations, activities, flights, etc.
Providing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance for peace of mind
Ongoing management and coordination of your trip from deposit through the end of your trip
Post-trip follow-up with suppliers as needed to ensure everything meets your expectations

Why might I be placed on a waitlist?
In order to maintain a high level of personalized attention, we intentionally limit the number of clients we serve at any given time. This ensures that each client receives the utmost care, focus, and customization throughout their travel experience. By keeping our client-to-agent ratio low, we can focus on curating your perfect journey.
As a result, our services are in high demand. To ensure that we can provide the level of attention you deserve, we may need to place you on a waitlist. But rest assured, once you’re in our hands, you’ll receive white-glove service.
What happens after my trip is booked?
Prior to your departure, you'll receive both digital and physical copies of all the details, along with comprehensive information about your destination. Our goal is to provide you with everything you need, so you can relax and leave the research to us. From the moment you book until the end of your journey, we’re here to assist with any questions or needs that arise.
What is the vetting process like?
We’ve personally visited every destination we feature because we believe firsthand experience is the best way to ensure that each location and supplier meets our high standards. We’re committed to rolling out the red carpet for you, and we expect the same level of excellence from our trusted suppliers.
Can I request a destination not listed on your site?
We’d love to hear about your bucket list! You can submit ideas here. However, not every destination you suggest will be featured on our site. We only offer destinations that we have personally vetted to ensure they meet our high standards. While we cannot accommodate one-off custom requests at this time, if enough people express interest in a particular destination, we’ll visit it. If it meets our criteria, we’ll be excited to feature it on our site.

Instead, a travel agent will partner with trusted suppliers to design personalized itineraries to destinations we have personally evaluated.
